Saturday 28th October, 10:00am-5:00pm
When can I set up?
You Can set up your trader table on Friday 27th October from 4pm to 9pm or on the Saturday morning from 8.30am. The event finishes at 5:00pm on Saturday and will be open for pack down till 6:30pm.
Where can I park?
There are several local car parks, the closest car park is just behind the Cornerstone and is £5.00 all day.
What can I sell?
Anything you think is appropriate for a pop culture/family friendly event.
How much does is cost?
1 table (6ft x 2ft) is £50.00. 2 tables are £95. Tables will be set up ready to use, you do not need to bring your own table or chairs.
How many trader passes do I get?
A 1 table pitch comes with 2 traders passes and a 2 table pitch comes with 3 trader passes.
What happens after I apply?
We will review your application and send you an email with your trader pitch invoice if you have been successful. You will have 30 days to pay via bank transfer or cheque.
Will you promote my attendance?
Yes! we'd love to. When we email you your invoice, feel free to reply with images of your stall or your items for sale. We will post this on social media and add to our website.
